Sedimentation separation device "thickener"
A sedimentation separation device that separates suspended solids (SS) in drainage by specific gravity difference!
Introducing the sedimentation separation device "Thickener" from Sanjin Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The Thickener is a sedimentation separation device that separates suspended solids (SS) in wastewater based on specific gravity differences. It is widely used in various fields, including solid-liquid separation of heavy metals, and is the most commonly used device for industrial wastewater treatment. The device feeds sludge into the central part for sedimentation separation. A rake is installed in the sedimentation tank to collect concentrated sludge, which is continuously and intermittently discharged by a pump. The clarified liquid is discharged from the overflow trough provided on the tank's peripheral wall. [Applications] - Separation and concentration of heavy metal wastewater slurry - Purification separation of mud such as magnesium and calcium during saturated brine refining processes - Separation of slurry contained in backwash wastewater from sand filtration systems for large-capacity industrial water and factory wastewater *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
